Krysta Lachapelle

Krysta is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, meditation guide, and sound practitioner who is passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and stillness. Trained by renowned gong master Don Conreaux, she brings a deeply intentional and heart-centered approach to every class, workshop, and sound experience she offers.

Since 2018, Krysta has been sharing the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga, blending kriya, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to support both physical vitality and mental clarity. Her classes are welcoming and accessible to all levels, creating a space where students can slow down, tune inward, and cultivate greater balance in their daily lives.

Through her work, Krysta invites students to explore the powerful connection between breath, awareness, and energy. Whether through Kundalini yoga, meditation, or immersive sound baths, her goal is to create meaningful experiences that leave participants feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to themselves.

Based in Parry Sound-Muskoka, Krysta offers classes, workshops, retreats, and community events designed to nurture both personal growth and collective well-being.
