Workshops and retreats offer an opportunity to step more deeply into the practice of Kundalini Yoga, explore powerful techniques for self-awareness and healing, and connect with a supportive community.
While weekly classes provide ongoing practice, workshops and retreats allow time to slow down, learn, reflect, and integrate the teachings more fully. Intro to Kundalini Workshop
The Intro to Kundalini Workshop is designed for those who are new to Kundalini Yoga or curious to learn more about the foundations of the practice.
This workshop provides a deeper understanding of what makes Kundalini unique and how its techniques support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Participants will learn:
The philosophy and origins of Kundalini Yoga
The role of breathwork (pranayama) and meditation
The purpose of mantra and sound within the practice
How kriyas (movement sets) work to balance the body and mind

Kundalini for Stress & Anxiety Workshop
This workshop focuses on practical Kundalini techniques specifically designed to support the nervous system and help manage stress and anxiety.
Modern life often keeps the body in a constant state of stimulation. Kundalini Yoga offers powerful tools that help shift the body back into balance.
During this workshop, participants will experience and learn:
Breathwork techniques that calm the nervous system
Movement sequences designed to release stored tension
Meditation practices that support emotional regulation
Tools to bring awareness and stability to the mind
Participants leave with simple, effective practices they can return to whenever they feel overwhelmed or disconnected.

Summer Solstice Kundalini Day Retreat
A special Summer Solstice Kundalini Day Retreat is being planned in collaboration with Julia of Lion Heart Wellness Studio.
The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year and has long been celebrated as a time of renewal, expansion, and connection with nature. This day retreat is designed as an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and supportive environment.
This immersive day will include:
