Weekly classes are held at Lion Heart Wellness Studio in Humphrey, Ontario, offering a welcoming and supportive space for practice and connection.

Directions to Lion Heart Wellness Studio:

• From Lake Joseph Road, head East on Highway 141

• Turn Right on Sandy Lakes Road South

• Follow past the convenience store

• Pass Carrie’s Lane

• Turn right into the first driveway past Carrie’s Lane

• The studio is the building as soon as you enter the parking lot

Special events, workshops, and sound baths are hosted at various locations throughout the Muskoka–Parry Sound region.
