Our Classes
Kundalini Yoga Classes
Kundalini Yoga is often called the “Yoga of Awareness.” It is a dynamic and powerful practice designed to awaken your inner energy, strengthen the body, calm the mind, and deepen your connection to yourself.
Each class combines movement, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and mantra to help balance the nervous system, release stress, and cultivate clarity and vitality. Unlike many other forms of yoga, Kundalini works directly with the body’s energy system, supporting both physical wellbeing and emotional resilience.
Kundalini Yoga is accessible to everyone — no previous yoga experience is required. All practices can be modified, allowing each participant to work at their own pace.
What to Expect in Class
A typical Kundalini class follows a powerful yet supportive structure:
Tuning In
Each class begins with a short mantra to centre the mind and connect to the lineage of the practice.
Breathwork (Pranayama)
Intentional breathing techniques help regulate the nervous system, increase oxygenation, and focus the mind.
Kriya (Movement Series)
A specific sequence of postures, movements, and breath patterns designed to produce a particular energetic or physical effect, such as stress relief, increased vitality, or emotional balance.
Meditation & Mantra
Classes often include meditation with mantra to deepen awareness, release mental tension, and cultivate inner stillness.
Deep Relaxation
Each session concludes with relaxation to allow the body to integrate the benefits of the practice.
Students often leave class feeling grounded, energized, clear-minded, and deeply relaxed.
