Kundalini Yoga Classes
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful yet accessible practice that combines movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to awaken energy within the body and calm the mind. Each class includes a specific sequence of postures (kriya), guided breathing techniques, and meditation designed to support both physical vitality and mental clarity.
Classes are welcoming to all levels and no previous yoga experience is required. Students are invited to move at their own pace while exploring the connection between breath, awareness, and energy.
You can expect a balanced practice that helps release stress, build resilience, and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.
Sound Baths
A sound bath is a deeply immersive meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in healing sound vibrations. While resting comfortably, you will be guided into relaxation through the resonant tones of gongs, singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments.
The vibrations created by these instruments help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, mental clarity, and energetic renewal.
No experience is required. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds and frequencies to guide you into a restorative meditative state.

Workshops & Special Events
Throughout the year, Krysta offers special workshops and events designed to deepen your experience of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. These offerings include introductory workshops for those new to the practice, specialized sessions focused on topics such as stress and anxiety, immersive sound bath experiences, and seasonal gatherings.
Krysta also hosts Kundalini Day Retreats, providing a more immersive experience that weaves together movement, breathwork, meditation, philosophy, reflection, and community connection in a supportive and restorative environment.
